Call for submission of applications to the Annual General Assembly of Members of 2023

Dear colleagues and members of the EASC,

Our next Annual General Assembly of Members will take place

• on    Thursday, 14 September 2023
  from 18:00 to 20:00 h

digitally via Zoom (online format)

Since a deadline needs to be met for the invitation to the Annual General Assembly of Members and the call for the submission of applications, you receive the official call with this email.

In accordance with the by-laws, we herewith call on all members of the association to submit their applications and proposals to the Annual General Assembly of Members until

• Thursday 27 July 2023 (cut-off deadline!)

To be received in the EASC office:

• via email: office@easc-online.eu

Please use this form for the presentation of your applications.

Proposals that are received in time will be sent with the invitation to the General Assembly. The Assembly will only be entitled to vote on these proposals.

The invitation will be sent out via e-mail at the latest four weeks before the date of the General Assembly, including the agenda and the aforementioned applications/proposals.
