"Coaching with Enneagram"

Probably no other personality model has received as much attention in coaching in recent years as the Enneagram. The Enneagram describes nine basic personalities that can be assigned to the three triads: Thinking, Feeling and Behaviour.
At the latest under stress, the triad and the corresponding Enneagram type become visible.
I know of no other model that can so accurately grasp human experience and make it comprehensible. The Enneagram is a model for discovering oneself and then setting out on the path of developing one's own personality.
And, in order to achieve a goal of change, I have to be able to name the starting point and respect some experiences of mine as unchangeable behaviour of my own person.
Even after 35 years of working with the Enneagram, I am still fascinated by how accurately people can discover themselves in it.
The evening will be moderated by Amina Eperjesi.
Procedure
We start with a 20-minute "Welcome" round in small groups for exchange and getting to know each other. After the input of 25 min. there will be time for questions, suggestions, debate and comments.
Linguistic comprehension
The plenary presentations will be in German.
Translation into English, Czech and Spanish will be provided. Instructions on how to enter the language box can be found here. We ask participants with translation needs to inform the office of their arrival by June 14, 2022.
As for the small groups, as usual, we will ensure communication together.
