Consulting, coaching, supervision - realistic promises of performance under ethical aspects

Input
Consultants, coaches and supervisors are currently intensively looking for opportunities to be present with their services under the Corona sign. But to what extent can we maintain a promise of performance that until recently included personal contact as a usually indispensable prerequisite? The creativity for new digital formats demanded by many is proving to be Janus-faced here: on the one hand, it stimulates inventiveness to realize personal contact digitally via Skype, zoom, teams, etc. - on the other hand, in view of the subjective obligation to generate sales, the question of whether what we promise is possible at all and whether it is ethically ok takes a back seat. I offer to shed light on this area of conflict and show ways in which we can remain authentic and ethically "clean".
Procedure
We start with a short welcome round. After the input of 25 min. there is time for questions, comments and debate. At the end there are 20 minutes left for networking and exchange.
Language
Depending on the participants – together we will provide translation and manage linguistic comprehension.
