First EASC supervision training completed in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany

In 2019, for the first time, a supervision training was advertised in the Northern Church with the title: Supervision - TA-Counsellor and Spirituality. Three in one.

Throughout the course of the training, negotiations were held with the Lutheran Church in Northern Germany, with the active support of Susanne Rieger, so that EASC was also approved as another supervisory association alongside DGSv. In February 2023, ten supervisors successfully completed their training. We welcome them warmly to the Nordkirche and are pleased about their professional contribution to the broad field of supervision.

Together with the INITA Institute, Ulrike and Matthias Sell, Matthias Selke, Director of Studies at the Pedagogical-Theological Institute of the North Church, designed this training. This form of supervision training is also a novelty for the North Church in several respects: For the first time, the supervision training received a transactional analytical foundation. Experienced trainers of the German Society for Transactional Analysis (DGTA), who are at home in four fields of transactional analysis (psychotherapy/counselling/education/organisation), have made a valuable contribution to the trainees (on their way into the profession of supervision) with their broad knowledge and in all their diversity.

The training content of supervision was combined with spiritual impulses that took up the respective theme of the training module. In cooperation with Frank Puckelwald, pastor in the North Church, trainer for spiritual accompaniment and speaker for spirituality in the North Church, it became clear how inspiring it is to link these three (supervision-TA-spirituality). Spirituality understood as "longing for connectedness" - a fourfold connectedness: with oneself - the social environment - creation - the sacred. In addition, transactional analysis is gaining a foothold as another relevant psychological method in the landscape of psychological qualifications in the North Church.

As EASC, we are happy about this interesting cooperation.

Coaching training at the FELIX Institute starting November 2023

In dynamic and complex times where it is difficult to keep track of everything, it is not surprising that the demands within coaching and counselling are also changing. The times when coaches mainly focused on career and development topics of all kinds in well-tempered rooms are over. Not that coaches know the ropes, but the competence to "navigate while drifting" (Fritz B. Simon) in multi-factorial assignment and counselling situations, or in social situations, in general is the new normal.

In addition to the need for high-quality individual counselling, which continues unabated, there is also the competence to deal with groups, teams and entire organisations. Coaches are required to "handle" - as the saying goes - the most diverse references and constellations in counselling situations.

This training offers the ideal framework to equip oneself for this exciting and challenging activity. In its name, the FELIX Institute refers to the Enlightenment ideal of "Felix Aestheticus" as the subtle designer of the world and in this sense offers a "systemic-dialogue-aesthetic" approach to the craft of coaching.

In concrete terms, in addition to a strong theoretical foundation in systemic coaching, it relies in particular on two complementary coaching approaches: On the one hand, hypnosystemics as the fine work with language and language images and, on the other hand, Gestalt work as the dialogical work with the body.

CALL for Papers (for workshops) for the EASC Congress 16.09.2023

the way to international sustainable coaching and supervision in Europe

Dear colleagues

as already announced in the last newsletter, our next EASC Congress will take place virtually in autumn under the title: "Boundaries, not Borders: the way to international sustainable coaching and supervision in Europe".

The call for papers is still open and we would like to invite you once again to participate. Until 15 April 2023, you can submit a proposal for a topic on which you would like to offer a workshop. It is important to us that there is exchange and interaction in the workshop. The intention is to work together on content or impulses brought in by you. Whether you want to start with a presentation or simply an open question - the possibilities are many. Feel free to use the space.

We would like to explore all aspects of how to decide what to do in practice, especially with regard to all kinds of sustainability and internationalisation. We are also interested in how we work together as an organisation to meet the needs of members. Finally, we want to explore how and what we know as practitioners; how and what our coachees and supervisees know, especially as a result of our work together.

Topics can be varied, such as how to grow a practice either practically or philosophically; we want to look at the 'new' developments in coaching and supervision, including what to expect in the next ten years in the two professions; and we want to look at the latest accreditation ideas (who wants badges?) and the skills needed in the next few years.

We very much welcome your offers and look forward to hearing from you.

Coaching training in Münster

From 14 September 2023 - 14 December 2024 the next coaching training will take place at the Wegedreieck - Institute for Coaching, Supervision and Certified Training in Münster.

In terms of content, we will not only train you in a new profession, like a new craft, but would like to accompany you with your whole personality into this new professional role. Our motto is: Don't learn coaching, become a coach!

The psychological foundation of the training serves firstly for your personal development in this new role and then, of course, for practical application in coaching with other people in the areas of business coaching, team coaching and personality coaching.

Our training centre is located just outside Münster in an idyllic rural atmosphere. Here you will feel comfortable and can enjoy your training.

První supervizní školení EASC v Evangelické luterské církvi v severním Německu

V roce 2019 bylo poprvé vypsáno supervizní školení v severní církvi s názvem: Supervize - TA-poradce a spiritualita. Tři v jednom.

V průběhu školení probíhala jednání s Luterskou církví v severním Německu za aktivní podpory Susanne Riegerové, takže EASC byla vedle DGSv schválena také jako další supervizní sdružení. V únoru 2023 úspěšně ukončilo školení deset supervizorů. Srdečně je vítáme v Nordkirche a těší nás jejich odborný přínos pro širokou oblast supervize.

Společně s Institutem INITA, Ulrike a Matthiasem Sellovými, navrhl toto školení Matthias Selke, studijní ředitel Pedagogicko-teologického institutu Severní církve. Tato forma výcviku v supervizi je pro Severní církev novinkou také v několika ohledech: Poprvé dostal výcvik v supervizi transakčně analytický základ. Zkušení lektoři Německé společnosti pro transakční analýzu (DGTA), kteří jsou doma ve čtyřech oblastech transakční analýzy (psychoterapie/poradenství/vzdělávání/organizace), svými širokými znalostmi a v celé své rozmanitosti cenně přispěli frekventantům na jejich cestě k profesi supervizora.

Výcvikový obsah supervize byl spojen se spirituálními podněty, které zaujímaly příslušné téma výcvikového modulu. Ve spolupráci s Frankem Puckelwaldem, farářem v Severní církvi, školitelem pro duchovní doprovázení a přednášejícím pro spiritualitu v Severní církvi, se ukázalo, jak inspirativní je propojení těchto tří (supervize-TA-spiritualita). Spiritualita chápaná jako "touha po propojení" - čtyřnásobné propojení: se sebou samým - sociálním prostředím - stvořením - posvátnem. Kromě toho se v krajině psychologických kvalifikací v severní církvi prosazuje transakční analýza jako další relevantní psychologická metoda.

Jako EASC máme z této zajímavé spolupráce radost.

Trénink koučování v Institutu FELIX od listopadu 2023

V dynamické a složité době, kdy je obtížné vše stíhat, není divu, že se mění i požadavky na koučování a poradenství. Doby, kdy se koučové věnovali především kariérním a rozvojovým tématům všeho druhu v dobře naladěných místnostech, jsou pryč. Ne že by koučové znali lana, ale kompetence "navigovat při driftování" (Fritz B. Simon) v multifaktoriálních situacích zadávání úkolů a poradenství nebo v sociálních situacích obecně je novou normou.

Vedle potřeby kvalitního individuálního poradenství, která se nezmenšuje, je to také kompetence k jednání se skupinami, týmy a celými organizacemi. Od koučů se vyžaduje, aby v poradenských situacích "zvládali" - jak se říká - nejrůznější reference a konstelace.

Toto školení nabízí ideální rámec, jak se pro tuto vzrušující a náročnou činnost vybavit. Institut FELIX ve svém názvu odkazuje na osvícenský ideál "Felix Aestheticus" jako jemného designéra světa a v tomto smyslu nabízí "systémově-dialogicko-estetický" přístup ke koučovacímu řemeslu.

Konkrétně se kromě silného teoretického základu v oblasti systemického koučování opírá zejména o dva vzájemně se doplňující koučovací přístupy: Na jedné straně hypnosystematika jako jemná práce s jazykem a jazykovými obrazy a na druhé straně práce Gestalt jako dialogická práce s tělem.

Boundaries, not Borders: der Weg zu internationalem nachhaltigem Coaching und Supervision in Europa

wie schon im letzten Newsletter angekündigt, wird im Herbst unser nächster EASC Kongress virtuell unter dem Titel: „Boundaries, not Borders: Der Weg zu internationalem nachhaltigem Coaching und Supervision in Europa“ stattfinden.

Der Call for papers ist noch offen und wir möchten Sie noch einmal zur Beteiligung einladen. Bis zum 15. April 2023 können Sie einen Vorschlag für ein Thema einreichen, zu dem Sie einen Workshop anbieten möchten. Wichtig ist uns dabei, dass es Austausch und Interaktion im Workshop gibt. Die Absicht ist, gemeinsam an von Ihnen eingebrachten Inhalten oder Impulsen zu arbeiten. Ob Sie mit einer Präsentation oder einfach einer offenen Frage starten möchten - die Möglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Nutzen Sie gerne den Raum.

Wir möchten alle Aspekte der Frage untersuchen, wie Praktiker entscheiden, was zu tun ist, insbesondere im Hinblick auf alle Arten von Nachhaltigkeit und Internationalisierung. Wir sind auch daran interessiert, wie wir als Organisation zusammenarbeiten, um die Bedürfnisse der Mitglieder zu erfüllen. Schließlich wollen wir erforschen, wie und was wir als Praktiker wissen; wie und was unsere Betreuten wissen, insbesondere als Folge unserer gemeinsamen Arbeit.

Školení koučů v Münsteru

Od 14. září 2023 do 14. prosince 2024 se bude konat další školení koučů na Wegedreieck - Institutu pro koučování, supervizi a certifikované školení v Münsteru.

Co se týče obsahu, nebudeme vás pouze školit v nové profesi jako v novém řemesle, ale rádi bychom vás do této nové profesní role doprovodili celou vaší osobností. Naším mottem je: Neučte se koučovat, staňte se koučem!

Psychologický základ školení slouží jednak k vašemu osobnímu rozvoji v této nové roli a pak samozřejmě k praktickému uplatnění v koučování s dalšími lidmi v oblastech obchodního koučování, týmového koučování a koučování osobnosti.

Naše školicí středisko se nachází nedaleko Münsteru v idylickém venkovském prostředí. Zde se budete cítit příjemně a můžete si školení užít.
