Mentoring Supervision
Mentoring supervision is an important component of the training paths of EASC. Training candidates are supported by mentoring supervision on their training path towards professionalism as a coach and/or supervisor. Practical processes of coaching and/or supervision and their own role as future coaches or supervisors are reflected in mentoring supervision.
Mentoring supervision offers training candidates an additional perspective and a professional role model outside the training institute.
