I accompany people and their teams to their leadership and presence development in order to facilitate the changes that bring value and wellbeing to people, organizations and the planet.
Living and working in different cultures and countries has provided me with an open and international mentality that it is a key ingredient of my way of being. I’m very curious to understand the ideas of other people and this curiosity contributes to the co-creation of meaningful dialogues. I love reflexion and contemplation as a way for deep learning and as a personal motivator for my own development. 
Today I work as a reflective partner and a systemic coach accompanying individual people and teams to define and implement the necessary changes to create wellbeing and value for people, organizations and the planet.
I want to mention that I have worked 6 years with teenagers in risk of social exclusion, accompanying them to discover their strengths and passions and to learn how to define their own aims, so that they can reach a better life.
My approach to this work is holistic -body, consciousness and soul- and I include all stakeholders and systems. My aim is to accompany people to make the needed transformation for a better world. Ethics is a pillar of my work and nature is my source for personal resourcing. Nowadays I live in Spain, between Barcelona and the French border. I work in English, Spanish, French, and Catalan.
I follow CSA motto: “who you are is how you coach-supervise-work”.
